Do you want to return or exchange products that you have ordered and received via our webshop? Read the return conditions below, so that your return/exchange can be properly processed.
You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. You will then be credited the full amount. Only the costs for returning to the web shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Laimböck B.V. with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging.
In the unlikely event that you have received the item damaged, we would like to hear from you. Please send a short message to our email address: [email protected], and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Make sure that your return is sufficiently stamped. Unstamped or COD shipments will be refused.
When returning items, we kindly ask you to fill in the return form (or packing slip) and send it along with the return parcel.
Goods must always be well packed to prevent transport damage. Items that are returned must be delivered undamaged and complete with packaging.
Damage and/or traces of use can be a reason to refuse the return items.
The shipping costs will only be credited if Laimböck is responsible for the error and/or problem and if the products have been returned in proper packaging.
If a product (packaging) is damaged during return due to poor packaging, it will be agreed after telephone contact what percentage of the new value will be credited. This only applies to returns.
